Medical Sales Representative – Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh East SUBHAG® HealthTech is a pioneering fertility‑tech company developing a home‑based IUI device. We are looking for a Medical Sales Representative to expand the adoption of our medical devices across hospitals and fertility clinics in Uttar Pradesh East. Job Overview The role focuses on territory development, lead generation, relationship management with doctors, gynecologists and hospital owners, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage the Uttar Pradesh East territory. Generate and convert new leads, maintaining a robust pipeline. Conduct in‑person visits, calls, and presentations to hospitals, clinics and practitioners. Use CRM tools to track activities and follow‑ups. Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and product support. Participate in medical events, conferences and workshops to enhance brand visibility. Provide customer success and ongoing relationship management, ensuring post‑sales support. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 3+ years experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales. Strong existing connections with hospitals, gynecologists and healthcare decision‑makers in Uttar Pradesh East. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Target‑driven mindset with ownership of the territory. Proficient in MS Office, internet and CRM tools. Own a motorbike or personal transport for field visits. Smartphone and/or laptop for training material, CRM and digital tools. Good to Have Experience in gynaecology product promotion or fertility‑care device sales. BBA/MBA or equivalent management qualification. Proven track record of meeting sales targets in a competitive medical territory. Training & Development Product and clinical training. Sales and marketing training, including objection handling and conversion techniques. Digital marketing support for lead nurturing and customer engagement. Territory planning, pipeline management and follow‑up strategies. Work Environment This is a field‑intensive role that requires extensive travel within Uttar Pradesh East and surrounding areas.
