Customer Service & Admin Support Officer Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development NSW Glen Innes, NSW A$75,728 p/a On-site Posted 1 day ago 38 hours per week Ongoing full time Administration & Clerical Grade 3 Salary from $75,728.00 plus super and leave loading About the role The Customer Service & Administration Officer will be responsible for a variety of word processing, records management, data entry, office administration and customer service duties. We are looking for an individual who can: Provide a consistent high-quality front-line customer service (including initial advice, information, guidance, escalating and redirecting issues as required). Manage customer information to ensure confidentiality, accuracy and integrity. Provide feedback and information to contribute towards an ongoing improvement in customer and administrative service activities. You will also be required to provide accounts receivable services including cash receipting, debt management assistance and financial reconciliations in accordance with agency standards and procedures. You must have a current NSW Driver Licence and the capacity & willingness to travel throughout the region as required. About You To be successful in this role, our ideal candidate will have the following: Strong, professional communication skills. An eye for the details Be comfortable both processing accurate data and information Be able to speak to both internal and external customers. Previous experience in a customer service-related position or an office administration role would be a plus and a strong understanding and a passion for technology would also be a benefit in the role.
