Senior Business Analyst – Davidson Join to apply for the Senior Business Analyst role at Davidson . Base Pay Range A$160,000.00/yr - A$180,000.00/yr Overview This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation undertaking a major transformation in how they deliver infrastructure and digital capability. As part of a high-profile program driving sustainable infrastructure and operational excellence, you will play a pivotal role shaping future ways of working across people, process and technology. Working in a collaborative and innovative environment, you will help deliver meaningful change that strengthens integration and efficiency across the business and its partners. This Brisbane‑based role requires attendance at the Mango Hill office at least one day per week (free onsite parking). The initial 12‑month fixed‑term contract may extend. Sponsorship is not available. Responsibilities Lead business analysis activities across a large‑scale digital transformation program. Lead the discovery and documentation of business requirements aligned to program outcomes. Map current and future‑state business processes using BPMN standards. Identify process gaps, dependencies and improvement opportunities across systems and stakeholders. Facilitate workshops to build alignment, clarity and buy‑in from diverse stakeholder groups. Support test preparation, UAT readiness and end‑user training to ensure solutions are fit‑for‑purpose. Collaborate with change and training teams to capture process changes and knowledge artefacts. Qualifications Extensive experience as a Business Analyst on complex transformation or enterprise‑scale programs. Proven capability in eliciting, analysing and documenting business requirements within multi‑stakeholder environments. Strong process modelling skills with advanced proficiency in BPMN. Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to bring clarity to ambiguity. Proactive, curious mindset with focus on outcomes, collaboration and continuous improvement. Experience supporting testing, training and change activities across digital or process‑driven initiatives. Relevant degree or equivalent experience in business analysis, technology or related field.
