Dental Receptionist/Coordinator + Dental Assistant Positions We are so excited to be looking for our newest team members The practice is growing and looking for dental support team members for our 5 chair practice to provide individualised care to our clinicians and patients. Attitude is everything We require career minded dental support team members for: Experienced Dental Assistant – assist with cosmetic, implant, IV sedation dentistry Experienced Receptionist / Coordinator – reception and patient planning duties All positions are across weekday and rotational weekend Saturday and Sunday shifts. Dual role Dental Assistant / Receptionist role is available for those seeking higher hours. Must be available 2-3 days per week minimum. We have a stable ongoing roster for our casuals. You are expected to have: A strong work ethic, high energy and be highly motivated Be warm, friendly, and committed to excellent patient care Have exceptional people and customer service skills Have great organisational skills, communication skills and excellent computer skills Must possess a can-do attitude, be flexible and adaptable Experience with Exact would be a bonus Availability for roster times range between 7:30am-6:30pm weekdays. Saturday's and Sundays are 8:30am-2:30pm. Knowledge of digital scanning, veneers, crowns, RCT and four-handed dentistry. Implant surgery and CEREC skills is advantageous however training will be provided. Duties involve: Assisting clinicians chair side, sterilisation duties and maintaining infection control standards, coordinating laboratory work, room preparation for treatments, re-stocking, weekly cleaning and equipment maintenance checklists. We have on site same day crown set-up (Cerec), OPG/CBCT and digital scanning. You will be the person our patients will meet and love Your warmth and genuine caring nature will make even our most anxious patients feel right at home. For us, this will be your most important attribute. Knowledge of Exact is advantageous, however your experience as a dental team receptionist is most desirable. Play an initiative-taking role in each day’s appointment schedule to ensure the day runs as smoothly as possible. Support patients to understand their treatment plans, quoting and help with financial plan applications. Accurate daily reporting to support book-keeper. Managing a busy reception of 5 chairs daily, action emails and tasks timely.
