You’ll be behind the camera, in the edit, and in the data, turning ideas into ads that make people smile, laugh, feel something… and click. An understanding of the difference between organic & paid content: Can film, edit, and optimise content that performs, not just looks good. Know your way around CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut (or all three). Understand the numbers - e.g. CTR and how to improve them. Live for short-form content, testing new ideas, and levelling up every campaign.
