We are looking for a versatile Warehouse Storeperson to join the team on permanent full-time basis. This role involves some warehouse operations and manual handling task; however, you may be required to assist in the showroom at times, experience in retail sales is advantageous. Must be available to work Saturdays. What we offer: On the job training Monthly staff bonus (based on KPI's) Staff discount on product Immediate start The Opportunity Picking and loading deliveries and pickups for customers Delivering orders to customers Receiving and unloading stock deliveries from suppliers Data entry, invoicing and receipt of stock Maintaining accurate stock records and data entry Cycle counts and stock takes Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean, tidy and safe at all times Greet and acknowledge customers in a timely manner Assist customers with sales enquiries and product selection Skills & Experience Driver's License required Experience in sales and customer service Proficiency in English Understanding of warehouse procedures, paperwork and computer programs Strong attention to detail Reliable, hardworking and punctual Solid communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift heavy objects Other Benefits Include : Unlimited access to the GO1 learning platform Discounts with hundreds of retailers through our HRIS platform 24 / 7 mental health and wellness support through Sonder This role requires a reliable, motivated individual who works well within a small team.
