Roles and Responsibilities Design and develop BPM workflows using APPIAN Proficiency in Appian's low‑code development environment, including process modelling, data management, and user interface design Familiarity with Appian AI capabilities for automating tasks like document classification and extraction Good understanding and hands‑on experience with Appian Automation workflow Manage and migrate BPM BAW processes to APPIAN Experience with integration with REST API Strong customer services focus with an ability to respond to changing customer priorities in an agile operating environment Excellent leadership and communication skills to efficiently manage client stakeholders and Infosys internal teams Ability to suggest solution / technology alternatives for a given task Ability to analyse bottlenecks architectures and suggest solutions Develop low‑level design documents and review technical documents from Solution Architects for projects Perform code review and follow iterative development process Abide by team coding standards, development processes and best practices Participate in concept and planning stages Review low‑level design / user story, write testable code and follow dev‑ops process Qualifications 8 – 10 years overall experience in IT software design, development and support roles APPIAN and Business Automation Workflow tools Experience in migrating BPM processes to APPIAN Knowledge of deployments into AWS / Azure Cloud platforms Experience in implementing Continuous Integration and Delivery using tools like GITHUB, SVN, Bamboo, Stash, Junit, Test Automation, Docker, code review tools Understanding of platform architecture and technology Great debugging skills for both client and server‑side components Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to deliver to timelines and work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders and peers Knowledge of Banking and Financial services domain is highly desirable, but not essential Team organisation and management, including working with geographically diverse teams Demonstrated experience in Agile Methodology and usage of Kanban, Sprint boards, Agile ceremonies, etc. Working knowledge in DevOps model Knowledge on Test Driven Development (TDD) and Business Driven (BDD) approaches Usage of Test Automation technologies like Junit, Bamboo, Selenium, Mocha etc. Preferred APPIAN REST API integration from BPM workflows Experience in Java and Business Automation workflow Good in Java Security Concepts Additional Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem‑solving skills Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Information Technology Industries Information Services Accessibility At Infosys, we recognise that everyone has individual requirements.
