As an Appian Developer you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective Appian solutions to meet the needs of our clients. Appian Senior Developer Job Description: Seeking a skilled Appian - Senior Developer to design, build, and optimize dynamic business applications using Appian’s low-code platform. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in developing end‑to‑end Appian applications, integrating with external systems, and working with agile teams to deliver scalable, robust solutions. Responsibilities Develop and deploy applications on the Appian platform, adhering to best practices. Design and implement workflows, records, reports, and interfaces using Appian SAIL and other platform components. Integrate Appian solutions with APIs, databases, and third‑party systems. Troubleshoot and resolve application performance issues and bugs. Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery of projects. Maintain documentation for applications, configurations, and processes. Required Skills 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Appian BPM/low‑code development with Lead capabilities. Proficiency in Appian SAIL, process modeling, and expression rules. Strong knowledge of Appian integration mechanisms (REST APIs, Web Services). Experience with relational databases (SQL, Oracle) and design concepts. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Appian certifications (L1/L2) are highly preferred.
