OSHC Educator

OSHC Educator (Casual) Uniting – OSHC Educator role. Base salary $32.50–$35/hr (depending on qualification/experience) + 25% casual loading + Super. Your Key Duties Will Include: Supporting engaging and age‑appropriate activities for school‑aged children. Building positive and respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Contributing to smooth daily operations of the OSHC program. Ensuring children’s safety and wellbeing at all times. Assisting in planning and implementing play‑based and recreational programs. Following policies, procedures, WHS and Child Protection requirements. What You Need To Succeed: Experience working in OSHC or with school‑aged children is highly desirable. Certificate III in Children’s Services (preferred but not required). Valid First Aid Certificate. A current Working with Children Check (NSW). Understanding of the My Time Our Place (MTOP) Framework and NQS. Availability to work short shifts (morning and/or afternoon). Enthusiastic, adaptable, and reliable with strong interpersonal skills.
