The Role Reporting to the Managing Director, this role is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimising the systems and structures that enable rapid, sustainable growth. You’ll lead digital transformation, streamline operations, and ensure technology is leveraged to deliver efficiency, scalability, and superior client experience. This is a hands‑on leadership role that blends strategic foresight with operational execution — perfect for someone who thrives in a scale‑up environment and enjoys turning complexity into clarity. Key Responsibilities Review, design, and implement scalable business systems and workflows. Lead automation and integration across CRM, client onboarding, and reporting tools. Oversee IT and technology strategy aligned to growth and compliance objectives. Partner with leadership to develop scalable operational frameworks and KPIs. Drive innovation and foster a culture of process excellence and accountability. About You Builder and problem‑solver, passionate about using technology to simplify operations and fuel business growth. Proven success scaling a business through systems, processes, and technology. Background in operations, business transformation, or digital implementation. Strategic thinker with hands‑on leadership capability. Experience in financial services, fintech, or professional services. Knowledge of CRM, automation, and workflow platforms. Strong project/change management and analytical skills.
