Join us and contribute to a culture of excellence, innovation, and teamwork. The role The Team Leader Pharmacist, Surgery & Critical Care is a leadership and clinical role. The purpose of the role is to lead and coordinate a team delivering comprehensive pharmacy services across The Sutherland Hospital Pharmacy Department and affiliated services for the defined practice areas of Surgery & Critical Care Medicine, with operational oversight of the TSH Pharmacy AMS services. The role will work collaboratively at both the site/service level and across the district to maintain leadership and efficient performance of the provision of pharmacy services. All Team Leader Pharmacist roles are integral members of the Sutherland Hospital Pharmacy service pharmacy leadership team to provide strategic, clinical and operational objectives for the pharmacy service. The position will have joint responsibility with other Team Leader and Lead Pharmacist positions, to maintain leadership, management and continuity of service provision of the pharmacy service across all operational hours.
