Being not-for-profit means that we put members first and always do the right thing for them when it comes to their health protection and care.We are currently looking for a dynamic and driven Team Leader to join our Member Growth team on a full-time basisAbout the roleReporting to our Manager Private Health Insurance this is an opportunity to lead within a close-knit team. As a Team Leader, you will have seven direct reports where you will be able to utilise your coaching and mentoring skills to enable and support your team to grow revenue and provide exceptional customer service and ensure positive and seamless member experience efficiently in line with KPIs.Key responsibilities:Coach and mentor Health Insurance Consultants in Health Partners conversation frameworks including needs based selling analysis, cover confidence and retention conversationsWork collaboratively with the Manager Private Health Insurance by providing feedback in relation to staff performance in accordance with defined KPI’s and Health Partners values and behavioursLiaise with the Manager Private Health Insurance when undertaking performance management practices for HI ConsultantsComplete monthly one on ones with individual HI Consultants to ensure performance against objectives are being metDevelop and deliver coaching plans for individual HI ConsultantsImprove processes and procedures to promote better workplace practices and efficiencyAdvocate and promote change to the Member Growth teamMaintain and conduct monthly quality assessments to ensure all quality measures are being adhered to including but not limited to conversation frameworksAbout youWith a drive for excellence, you will have at least three years’ experience as a Team Leader in a similar role. Partnered with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to be able to build and maintain relationships.With high personal impact and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, you will be a strong leader who has a passion to deliver exceptional service to our potential and existing members.
