Job Title: Senior IT Project Manager Duration: 12 Month Contract (with possibility of extension) Location: Sydney, NSW (Hybrid flexibility / 2-3 days on site weekly) We’re seeking a hands‑on Senior IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of an enterprise notification platform designed to provide personalized, multi‑channel communications through a public‑facing portal. This role involves overseeing end‑to‑end project delivery, integrating a new application built on Microsoft Dynamics CRM with an existing digital platform. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in CRM integration projects, stakeholder management, and structured delivery within complex environments. Must Have Skills/Experience 15+ years’ experience as a Project Manager with strong end‑to‑end project delivery (full lifecycle of a project from scope to post‑go‑live support) Experience working within Waterfall Methodology within the last 5 years (a mix of agile and waterfall is okay) Strong stakeholder management – interacts with senior leaders, CFO, and CEO panels Experience delivering large-scale digital and enterprise application integration projects, including portals, websites, and public‑facing CRMs Working in a more in‑house team rather than vendors Experience working on projects around $2M-$5M budget size Focus on IT project delivery If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you “Apply Now” and take the next step in your career with us.
