Responsibilities Support, resource and supervise educators through regular home visits and phone contact. Monitor quality of care by observing both educators and children in the care environment. Monitor quality of educator practices and interactions through observations in the care environment. Travel may be required state‑wide throughout the year. Ensure that educators are aware of the legislative requirements in which they must operate. Support educators by assisting with their documentation requirements and planning cycle. Assist with educator registration procedures as required, including providing orientation and training for new educators. Work in respectful partnership with educators and families. Deliver in‑house training and information sessions as relevant. Qualifications AECQA approved Early Childhood Qualifications, minimum diploma level. Hold a current First Aid Qualification, and willingness to maintain and renew as required. Current Asthma Management and Anaphylaxis Management certificates, and willingness to maintain and renew as required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Commitment to continued professional development. Hold a valid Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) card. National Police Check. Hold a valid Driver's Licence.
