We are partnered with Australia's largest wholesaler of fresh flowers and potted products. We are looking for passionate and reliable people with a love for creating beautiful spaces to join our merchandising field team in Melbourne's Northern Suburbs. Our floral merchandising team specialise in creating inviting floral & potted displays within major supermarkets throughout Australia. This role will involve servicing stores located at: Craigieburn to Roxburgh Park. Working days for this role will be 3 days per week - Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday. Working hours each week will be approximately 15-18 with shift times starting between 6.00-7.00am. Duties of the role will include: Merchandising the company's product range in-store at major supermarket chains within your assigned area. Create point of sale displays, ensuring the product is well-stocked and maintained Checking stock levels for stores, liaising with store managers Bringing stock onto shop floor from loading dock, unpacking, and displaying (lifting up to 12kgs). Cleaning display area and checking stock quality Customer contact and liaising with store and department managers. This position will have full training provided and we are looking for a candidate who has the following skills and attributes: Own reliable car is essential with Australian driver's license. Prior retail, supermarket or merchandising knowledge is an advantage, but not essential Exceptional customer service skills with great communication abilities Well presented, with a flair for creativity Reliable and physically fit with the ability to work unsupervised Candidates will be contacted via email and phone for screening and interviews.
