BurgerFreak Belmont is looking for an energetic, hands‑on Duty Manager to join our team and help us keep the burgers flipping and the vibes high. About the Role As a Duty Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the store during your shift — leading the crew, keeping the service smooth, and ensuring every customer walks out smiling. Responsibilities Leading, motivating, and supporting the team during service. Ensuring food quality, safety, and presentation standards are always met. Managing cash handling, stock control, and shift reports. Maintaining a clean, organised, and positive work environment. Delivering excellent customer service and resolving issues quickly. We are in the process of getting our liquor licence, and therefore all reasonable duties related to serving alcohol as the Approved Manager on Duty. Qualifications Prior experience in hospitality or quick‑service management (preferred). Strong communication and leadership skills. A calm, can‑do attitude — even when it’s busy. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required. Current RSA and Food Safety certificates and/or approved RSA Manager (or willing to obtain). Benefits Competitive pay.
