What You Will Bring A strong sales mindset and initiative-taker attitude Excellent communication skills and the ability to build genuine connections. A passion for rural communities and the agricultural way of life A willingness to learn (insurance experience is a bonus, but not essential) What You Will Do Partner with farmers and agribusinesses to understand their risks and insurance needs. Build and grow a local portfolio through networking and industry events, referrals, and lead generation. Deliver tailored insurance solutions that earn trust and loyalty. Be a visible, respected presence in your region. Achieve sales growth targets while making a meaningful impact. What We Offer Competitive salary + fully maintained tool of trade vehicle.
