Overview CompasIQ is a leading cybersecurity SaaS platform delivering advanced asset intelligence, vulnerability scanning, and automated security workflows. We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager who can drive highly effective digital marketing campaigns, generate measurable ROI, and strengthen our brand in the B2B cybersecurity space. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a results-driven digital marketing strategy across SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media, email, and paid campaigns. Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel lead generation campaigns that drive qualified traffic and conversions. Create compelling content for blogs, landing pages, case studies, whitepapers, and product campaigns to maximize engagement and reach. Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools and data-driven insights. Collaborate with product, design, and sales teams to craft messaging that effectively communicates CompasIQ’s cybersecurity solutions. Manage marketing automation workflows and nurture sequences for customer acquisition and retention. Maintain digital marketing budgets and ensure maximum ROI on paid campaigns. Stay updated on digital marketing trends, Google Ads strategies, and cybersecurity industry developments. Required Experience 6–10 years in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role. Proven expertise in Google Ads, SEM, and multi-channel digital campaigns. Strong background in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity marketing. Experience in website optimization, conversion rate optimization, and analytics-driven marketing. Ability to translate technical cybersecurity concepts (asset inventory, vulnerability scanning, remediation workflows) into clear, engaging campaigns. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Preferred (CompasIQ-Specific) Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools and concepts such as Agent-based discovery, asset tracking, and vulnerability management. Experience creating marketing content for cybersecurity SaaS platforms that converts prospects to leads. Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. MBA or digital marketing certifications preferred. Employment Type Full-time, Hybrid or Remote options available for candidates based in Trichy, Thanjavur, or Kumbakonam.
