The Role You will be responsible for : Leading and mentoring a multidisciplinary team to ensure high‑quality, trauma‑informed service delivery; Providing clinical supervision and embedding best practice standards across the team; Overseeing service compliance, reporting, and quality assurance processes; Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service outcomes; Supporting professional development and staff wellbeing within a collaborative, mission‑driven environment; This is a rewarding leadership opportunity where your clinical expertise and guidance will directly contribute to creating safer, healthier communities. About You Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related clinical discipline (essential); Experience providing domestic and family violence or therapeutic services; Proven background in team leadership or clinical supervision; Strong understanding of trauma‑informed and evidence‑based practice; Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
