Join the dynamic team at Community First Bank as an Inbound Banking Specialist in our Auburn Office. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued members. About Your Role Your role is to add value and convenience to our members’ everyday banking via inbound calls, online chat and email. You will work across three different brands and handle a range of enquiries from general service, transactions, account enquiries, insurance quotes and identifying new sales opportunities. You will have an opportunity to learn and develop while gaining valuable knowledge and experience across a wide range of digital and direct channels within our Contact Centre. Flexible to work on a 4‑week rotating roster between 8am – 8pm weekdays and one 8am – 3pm Saturday shift in the 4 weeks, based at our Auburn Office.
