This is a client-facing role where you’ll play a key part in managing warranty claims, coordinating trades and suppliers, and ensuring our customers receive timely and professional service. You’ll be joining a collaborative team that values problem-solving, empathy, and continuous improvement. This is a great opportunity to build strong relationships across the business and contribute to delivering exceptional post-build experiences. What You’ll Do Review and adjudicate warranty claims, coordinating works or inspections as needed Manage up to 100 active jobs, ensuring timely communication and resolution Liaise with clients, trades, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate outcomes Schedule and follow up on works to ensure completion and quality Support Warranty Site Managers and manage their calendars Process invoices and manage weekly reports Participate in the after-hours emergency phone roster (12 weeks per year) What You’ll Bring Relevant experience in a customer service or coordination role Strong communication and relationship-building skills A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with high attention to detail Ability to manage competing priorities and work both independently and in a team Confidence in handling challenging conversations with empathy and professionalism Why Join Us?
