About the role As a Member Service Consultant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our members by building trust, listening to their needs, and guiding them toward the right financial solutions. This role is offered on a flexible part-time basis, ranging from 15 to 32 hours per week on a rotating roster. In this position, your passion for customer service will shine.
