This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for troubleshooting, customer support, and hands-on product knowledge to step into a dynamic support role. The Position You\'ll be assisting customers and retail partners with everything from product setup to issue resolution, ensuring users get the most out of their tech. Reporting to the Team Lead, your duties will include: Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems Diagnose and resolve product-related issues, both hardware and software Assist with troubleshooting, warranty claims, and parts replacement coordination Provide setup guidance and product usage support Document all support interactions and maintain accurate case records Escalate unresolved or technical issues when required Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to improve the support process The Candidate Experience in a tech support, customer service, or electronics-related retail role Solid understanding of consumer technology (e.g. smart devices, personal mobility products, connected, drones, home gadgets, etc.) Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems with confidence Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new product ranges A friendly, helpful attitude and a team-focused approach If you are an experienced technically minded individual with a passion for troubleshooting, and hands-on product knowledge, we’d love to hear from you.
