About the Role As Concierge, you will be the welcoming face of Eldercare’s Retirement Resort, providing exceptional front‑of‑house service to residents and visitors. You’ll be the first point of contact for enquiries, assisting with bookings, administration tasks, and general questions in a warm and professional manner. You will contribute to providing a life of leisure, comfort and convenience to residents within a high‑end luxurious environment. This is a casual role with the flexibility to work across morning, afternoon, or overnight shifts. Each shift brings variety — from coordinating events and managing deliveries, to maintaining the cleanliness of communal spaces and providing chauffeur services when required. You’ll also play an important part in supporting residents to access and enjoy the many services and facilities available, while ensuring the safety, security, and smooth operation of the community. Working closely with the Retirement Resort team, you’ll contribute to a positive, supportive environment where residents feel valued and cared for. What You Will Bring Experience in administration or a similar customer service environment A valid South Australian Driver’s Licence Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage warmly and professionally Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines A personable, friendly manner and genuine empathy for people from diverse backgrounds, ages, and cultures A proactive, solutions‑focused approach with attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards Flexibility to work across morning, afternoon, and overnight shifts as required Why Choose Eldercare?
