It’s a great opportunity to be part of a friendly community, it’s lively and varied This is a casual role, working weekends and public holidays as required. We are looking for an experienced fashion retailer with a knowledge of fashion brands. Our Op Shops team are responsible for bringing their creative flair to create visually appealing and contemporary Op Shops. Our aim is to delight people in a meaningful and memorable way, while offering positive customer experiences, high level visual merchandising, critical stock and space management, achieving sales targets, and celebrating Uniting’s culture. Benefits of working at Uniting Base salary of $28.12 per hour plus casual loading, super and weekend penalty rates (if applicable). Access up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits (used for living expenses such as rent, groceries, bills, clothing, etc.). 10% discount on the childcare subsidy gap fee when using a Uniting Early Learning service or centre. 25% discount at Uniting Op Shops. Your skills and experience To be successful in this role, you will have a passion for fashion and charity retail and have a flair for visual merchandising. You will ideally have experience in cash handling, register operations and closing procedures and be confident in supervising a team as well as working on your own.
