The Position: STACK leads with culture and provides a flexible working environment focused on productivity and goals. As STACK rapidly grows throughout the region our Delivery Team is growing in response to the increased number of projects and sites under development. As such we are looking for an energetic and focused individual to join our Project Delivery Team working directly with our market leading Delivery and Engineering Team across multiple markets in APAC. While reporting to the Senior VP Delivery, APAC you will be working in a flat team structure surrounded by industry leaders across all aspects of the business. In this role you will: Be working side by side with our Regional and in-country delivery teams to ensure the success of our projects. From initial business case and feasibility study through design, construction, commissioning, and handover to operations. You will work in conjunction with the delivery team to manage, coordinate and control the delivery of the overall programme of works, ensuring safety, time, cost and quality objectives are achieved and maintained throughout. Develop project schedules and programmes, monitor project progress against the schedule and undertake critical path analysis. Budget and Cost tracking and administration - working closely with finance. Establish project cadence, reporting and meeting structures for all regional projects. Manage projects to ensure a alignment with the STACK Delivery Playbook and Governance. Work with the SVP Delivery, APAC to develop and refine project benchmark data base. Collaborate in the continual development and refinement of our Project Delivery Playbook, Process, Tools/Platform and Basis of Design in conjunction with out SVP Engineering, APAC. Participate in STACK HSE initiatives, working with our head of EHS to ensure project compliance, improve safety and wellness culture and support environmental and sustainability programmes. Must-have Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Project Management, Built Environment, Engineering or Associated Field. Minimum 3 years’ experience in Project Management or similar role working within the Built Environment (Data Centre Sector experience considered a bonus but not mandatory). Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business goals. A forward planner who identifies and resolves project issues.
