Role Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and caring Registered Nurse to join our team as a Practice Nurse. This role involves clinical support to our GPs and helping to provide a positive experience for our patients. While GP experience is preferred, it is not a requirement; we welcome motivated nurses with excellent communication skills and a passion for patient-centered care. We are open to applicants looking for 2-3 days per week or those interested in a full-time role, working 4-5 days a week. Key Responsibilities Support chronic disease management, wound care, immunisations, and health assessments. Perform triage and patient assessments. Collaborate closely with GPs to provide coordinated care. Maintain accurate patient records and assist with recalls and follow-ups. Educate patients and promote health and wellness initiatives. Handle stock control, sterilisation, and general clinic upkeep. Requirements Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Experience in a general practice setting is desirable but not essential. What We Offer Competitive pay rate.
