Kaefer Integrated Services Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Electrical QA to join our team on a contract basis in Mackay, Queensland. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of electrical installations and systems across our diverse range of projects. Project completion is expected around September 2026. What you’ll be doing Develop and implement E&I Quality Assurance documentation Act as the primary point of contact between the contractor and the company in regards to the E&I Quality system and documentation Collaborate with internal teams to provide up to date and correct E&I Quality Assurance documentation and implement into project planning and execution. Identify and address potential issues or concerns related to E&I Quality Assurance, providing guidance and solutions as needed. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of E&I Quality Assurance deliverables identifying areas for improvement. What we’re looking for Proven experience in Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Preferably within the mining and construction industry. Strong understanding of Electrical Drawings and Quality procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain Quality Assurance documentation. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment. Strong commitment to integrity, ethics, and professionalism. Willingness to travel as needed to support engagement activities.
