We are currently seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team at Hindmarsh. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a passionate, supportive, and forward-thinking team committed to providing exceptional service to the community. What We Offer Opportunity to join a successful, long-standing family business A supportive and passionate team environment Full training and ongoing support provided Flexible working roster Opportunity for growth and development About the Role Reporting directly to the Des’s Minibus Manager, your key responsibilities will include: Managing customer queries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner Developing effective solutions to meet customer needs Liaising with customers and drivers to coordinate transport services Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company requirements Delivering high-quality customer service in line with company standards Promoting a positive image of the company at all times Maintaining a safe and compliant workplace in accordance with OHS policies About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Sound knowledge of the Greater Metro area Strong written and verbal communication skills A customer-centric and solution-focused approach The ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships Excellent organisational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications The ability to remain calm and perform well under pressure A friendly, reliable, and professional attitude How to Apply If you are motivated, customer-focused, and enjoy working as part of a supportive team, we would love to hear from you Please submit your resume along with a covering letter addressing your relevant experience and how you can add value to the Des’s Group team.
