About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and independent Speech Pathologist to join our passionate and supportive team. In this role, you’ll work across a varied caseload, providing assessment, therapy, and intervention to NDIS participants of all ages, with a strong focus on functional communication, social skills, and swallowing/mealtime management where required. You will work with a high degree of autonomy, while also enjoying collaboration with our multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities Deliver evidence-based speech pathology assessment and intervention for children and adults living with disability Develop and implement tailored therapy plans that align with client goals and NDIS requirements Support clients in communication, language, speech, social interaction, and swallowing/mealtime safety Work collaboratively with families, carers, and other health and education professionals Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with professional and NDIS standards Manage your own caseload efficiently and independently, while contributing to a supportive team culture About YouYou are a confident and capable Speech Pathologist who can work autonomously to maintain evidence based practice and support other therapists to communicate with clients in the best possible way. You’re comfortable working across paediatric and adult disability settings of varying complexity and have a genuine passion for helping people communicate and connect. Degree in Speech Pathology and current SPA membership Proven experience working with both paediatric and adult disability clients Strong understanding of the NDIS and person-centred practice Excellent time management and organisational skills Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a multidisciplinary team Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) Current Australian Driver’s Licence Access to own vehicle Why Join Us?
