As a key part of Austco Services Group, Amentco continues to lead in the provision of electronic security and patient care communication systems across Southern Queensland, with operational branches located in Toowoomba, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Wide Bay, and Rockhampton. Our work is diverse and we pride ourselves on providing bespoke integrated solutions for our client’s security & communication requirements. The Opportunity We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team which services clients throughout Southern Queensland. The role will be based out of our Sunshine Coast office. The role requires you to deal with corporate and professional clientele and will suit a candidate that has customer/client service experience and is professional in presentation and speech. The role is full time, working 40 hours per week. The role primarily works with the Operations Director. Responsibilities Estimation / quoting of project works Managing client relationship Management and coordination of projects (ranging up to $750k) – resourcing, stock and stakeholders. Ordering of stock for projects and warehouse coordination. Be available for the team onsite to ‘help get the job done’ Attend site and project meetings Creating and amending Microsoft documents for new and existing projects and service work - including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Publisher. Create and amend as build drawings and documentation for new and existing projects and service work. Create and prepare project documentation with marked up drawings, cable schedules and system information. Amend project documentation once completed onsite and produce handover manuals and documentation. Prepare project documentation and manuals and issue to the client. Add project and company documentation to online portals such as BDS 360. Other administrative and support tasks as required to the Operations Director. Potential to work on projects across all regional branches. Skills & Experience Experience in a trade (notably electrical or electronics) would be highly advantageous. Experience in site and / or project management Experience with Simpro will be advantageous. Experience with Microsoft Office suite essential. Strong communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills. The ability to juggle competing demands with minimal fuss. The successful candidate will have the willingness to develop, learn new skills, be adaptable to new environments.
