This dual role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and hands‑on site understanding who can manage both the administrative and delivery aspects of construction projects. You'll join a tight‑knit, high‑performance team where your work matters, your ideas count, and your growth is supported. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Sunstruct team on planning, resourcing and methodology Lead project delivery from concept to handover Manage budgets, forecasts, and progress claims Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure top‑tier quality and safety Champion efficiency – refining systems, cost control and scheduling Help introduce prefab and modular innovations Explore AI tools to improve outputs Represent Sunstruct with professionalism and integrity What You Bring: Proven experience in commercial or multi‑unit construction Strong grasp of Australian building codes and construction standards Solid leadership in managing teams, trades and multiple projects Proficiency with project software (MS Project, Procore, BuildTools, etc) Familiarity with prefab, modular, or offsite systems is a bonus Qualifications in Building, Construction Management, or Engineering What We Offer: Competitive salary based on experience Opportunity to shape how we deliver projects and embrace new building methods Supportive and collaborative with an experienced team Career progression opportunities within a growing business Involvement in projects from early stages to completion How to Apply: You are apply directly to Sunstruct and if you're a motivated Contracts Administrator or Project Manager looking for a long‑term opportunity with a professional and respected building and project management company, we'd love to hear from you.
