On-site Posted 2 days ago About the role Link-Force Au' are looking for a Site Supervisor with strong Concrete Structure experience on a casual basis with full time hours. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of a team of construction workers to ensure projects are completed safely, on time and to the highest quality standards. The role is based in Perth, WA 6000. What you'll be doing Supervise and direct a team of construction workers to complete assigned tasks and projects Monitor work progress and quality to ensure it meets required specifications Coordinate the allocation of resources, materials and equipment to maximise productivity Identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks that could impact project timelines Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations Provide guidance, training and support to team members as needed Report on project status and performance to senior management Rate $80-$85 per hour plus Super Minimum 10 to 12 hour days What we're looking for Significant experience as a construction supervisor or foreperson, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills Strong understanding of construction methods, materials and equipment Thorough knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities Experience with Concrete Structures essential What we offer At Link-Force Au', we are committed to providing a rewarding work environment for our employees.
