An exciting opportunity has just opened up We’re on the hunt for a Head of eCommerce to lead the digital strategy here at General Pants . In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving our online presence, creating and executing strategies that ensure a consistent and impactful message across all platforms. You’ll also be managing key partnerships with external partners to help drive our success. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our Marketing and Creative teams, ensuring that we deliver a cohesive, on‑brand experience for our customers while staying aligned with our business objectives and direction. The role you will play… Oversee digital budgets, delivering on KPIs across digital initiatives & agreed ROI targets Optimize website performance, conversion rate, and customer retention Implement data-driven strategies to drive online revenue growth Develop and oversee digital marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement Monitor trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to stay ahead of trends Collaborate with IT and tech teams to improve website infrastructure and UX Manage and mentor the digital team, fostering a culture of creativity and efficiency About you… You will have clear and concise communication skills You will be results focused with proven strategies to increase sales You are a gun trouble shooter with exceptional attention to detail and can work in a fast‑paced, evolving environment Experience within a multi‑branded, omni‑channel retail business is highly regarded Experience with drop shipping & marketplace is highly regarded About us… At Alquemie Group, we believe in creating a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes and celebrates individuality and an entrepreneurial spirit.
