The Role We are seeking a Building Construction Practitioner with strong project management expertise to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely alongside our Design Consultant to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to regulatory and quality standards. You will manage projects from the Project Management stage through to completion , coordinating stakeholders and resolving building-related issues as they arise. Our projects span across metropolitan and regional areas, and travel will be required. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality outcomes for Complex Home Modifications and Building Consultancy services within the NDIS space. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Design Consultant, Occupational Therapists, builders, and participants to ensure smooth project delivery. Oversee project management activities, including scheduling, site inspections, and contractor coordination. Monitor compliance with the National Construction Code, Australian Standards, and other relevant building regulations. Resolve building and construction issues in consultation with key stakeholders. Maintain accurate project documentation using records management systems and scheduling software. Review workmanship and compliance against design and regulatory requirements. Support efficient project delivery by working collaboratively with administrative staff.
