About the role Our Component Rebuild Centre (CRC) at Tomago is offering full‑time opportunities for motivated individuals to join a structured 2‑year program that combines on‑the‑job experience with formal accredited training. Set to kick off in February 2026, now is the time to start planning the next step in your career This is your chance to gain hands‑on skills, work with world‑class CAT products, and earn nationally recognised mechanical units of competency—all while being paid full‑time Monday to Friday. You’ll complete accredited training covering safety practices, tool maintenance, and servicing operations. The program also includes hands‑on work with engines, fuel systems, transmissions, and engine overhauls. What’s in it for you?
