About the Opportunity Lucas Restaurants is embarking on a significant period of growth, with a number of new restaurants opening in the next 6-12 months. To facilitate this, we are on the look-out for an industry leading Restaurant General Manager to join the group and deliver a best-in-class experience for both our guests and crew. The Ideal Candidate Will Have Demonstrated experience as a General Manager in either a premium dining environment or high volume casual environment Exemplary leadership with a strong focus on the crew experience Strong understanding of management and restaurant compliance practices Demonstrated experience in leading high‑performing teams and exceeding targets Business acumen and strong understanding of financials Highly adaptable and able to perform in high‑pressured service periods Proven ability in building effective relationships Organisational and time management skills Experience with Deputy (or similar Time & Attendance system), H&L, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Exceptional communication and presentation skills Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts Tertiary qualification in management A valid RSA Certificate Working with Lucas Restaurants People are at the core of our success.
