Join our Business Performance team as a Senior Data Analyst and help shape the future of BI across our organisation. What You’ll Do Work on multiple assignments with diverse stakeholders across the business. Design, implement, and deliver BI dashboards and automated reporting tools using Power BI and Databricks. Support the rollout of our new data platform and maintain existing BI assets. Perform ad-hoc data analysis and reporting to uncover business insights. Create compelling visualisations and dashboards to communicate findings. Engage with stakeholders to identify challenges and opportunities in data reporting. Collaborate with Data Engineering and source system teams to uplift and refactor data assets. Apply best practices and governance in BI design and development. Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences. Lead small project teams and coordinate subject matter experts as directed. Develop data engineering/science skills to enable machine learning and predictive analysis. Provide advice and guidance to colleagues as needed. What You’ll Bring 5+ years’ commercial experience designing, developing, and deploying BI solutions in an enterprise environment (Power BI / Databricks). Strong SQL & Excel skills, plus knowledge of an analytical language like Python. Advanced skills in DAX and MS Power Query. Solid understanding of BI, data modelling, ETL, statistical modelling, data architecture, and governance. Exposure to cloud-based hosting services (Azure/Amazon) desirable. Experience liaising with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions. Experience or education in financial modelling, predictive modelling, and machine learning desirable. Industry experience in Finance, Retail, Sales, or Marketing is a plus. What’s in it for you?
