Become a superhero of movement Mini Monstars seeks energetic Casual coaches to deliver our signature sports, music, yoga, and gymnastics programs to children aged 0-5 years ranging across 15 hours a week. Through play‑based learning, you'll help kids build skills, confidence, and a lifelong love of activity using tried and tested pre‑written programs. Key Locations Kelso Bushland Beach Key Competencies & Responsibilities Dynamic Leadership & Presence Command attention with infectious energy while managing groups of up to 20+ children Adapt coaching style across sports, yoga, music and gymnastics disciplines Demonstrate activities with enthusiasm (yes, that means doing bunny hops) Safety & Risk Management Conduct pre‑session safety inspections of spaces and equipment Modify activities for different abilities and environments Maintain 100% visual supervision of participants at all times Inclusive Coaching Create welcoming environments for all skill levels Implement adaptive strategies for children needing extra support Celebrate progress through verbal praise and high‑fives Relationship Building Partner with educators to understand group needs Collaborate with coaching team to share best practices Professional Standards Arrive 10 minutes early in full uniform (branded top + athletic bottoms) Complete all mandatory training modules/activities Submit accurate timesheets by fortnightly deadlines Who We're Looking For We encourage all teachers, coaches of all disciplines, personal trainers, university students, and passionate people to apply. Current Working With Children Check Great availability across weekdays Energetic and engaging coaches who want to inspire and have FUN Reliable transportation to be able to attend multiple centres Experience coaching children What a shift would look like Shift availability is generally divided into two time slots: mornings (9:00 AM to 12:30 PM) and afternoons (12:30 PM to 4:30 PM). However, exact shift durations and timings may change based on session bookings, location, or business requirements. Shifts could be shorter or longer than listed, and at times, you may need to work across both morning and afternoon periods. Why Coach With Us?
