Site Supervisor - Renovations and extensions - Class 1 Projects A well-established residential builder that has partnered with some of Sydney’s leading Architects areseeking an experienced Site Supervisor to deliver a $1M extension on a high end property around Epping area. They have a reputation for delivering exceptional home renovations and extensions built by experienced tradespeople using some of the finest materials. The Role They are looking for a Site Supervisor that is a qualified Carpenter by trade who is driven and passionate to deliver high end projects in Sydney. This is a long-term role that will progress into project management and construction management in 2-3 years period. The initial job duties the Employee will be expected to perform will be the following: Oversee and programming of daily operations at construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, permits, consents and all other relevant BCA/NCC codes. Complete execution of technical building, carpentry, and relevant civil tasks. Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution. Conducting regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions promptly. Managing, motivating, and supervising on-site personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback as necessary. Maintaining accurate documentation of project progress, expenses, and any incidents that occur on‑site. Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or inquiries. Be an ambassador, a key role player in building the company’s brand and ethos by ensuring your personal growth as well as the company’s growth and reputation for the long haul. Experience and skills required: Carpenter by trade Luxury Class 1 residential alterations and additions experience in Sydney Having a builder’s licence is advantageous #J-18808-Ljbffr
