Your New Role In this role you will be responsible for the provision of strategic leadership and specialist communications and engagement advice. In leading the Communications and Customer Service teams you will support the continued transformation of the Town into a customer‑focused, culturally constructive, reputable, sector‑leading organisation. What you’ll need to succeed Demonstrated experience, at a senior level, in managing a multi‑disciplinary operation. Highly knowledgeable in communications and marketing, media management, engagement, brand and reputation and customer relations, and are acknowledged by peers. Demonstrated experience in cross‑team collaboration to contribute to organisational effectiveness. Ability to build constructive working relationships characterised by a high level of acceptance, cooperation and mutual respect. Formal qualifications in Communications or similar discipline with experience in a similar role.
