General Manager Our client is entering an exciting new chapter which has opened doors for a successful General Manager to join their business in Melbourne. A leading provider of residential energy efficiency solutions under the Victorian Energy Upgrades program with established success in Sydney and strong developing operations across Melbourne, this is a rare opportunity to play a defining role in shaping its future. They are seeking an experienced General Manager to take the lead in Victoria, shaping strategy, building culture, and driving long‑term success. You’ll work closely with the CEO and wider leadership team, overseeing sales, operations, and compliance, while fostering a values‑driven, high‑performing culture. Lead and manage the Victorian division across two sites Strategise and implement to drive revenue growth and support the expansion of new service divisions under the VEU/residential rebate space Build and develop high‑performing teams with clear KPIs and accountability Establish a positive, values‑driven workplace culture Introduce scalable systems and data‑driven processes Leverage technology to streamline processes and remain competitive in the market Ensure compliance with industry standards and operational excellence Present business cases and budget proposals to support strategic investment Progressively assume P&L responsibility for the Victorian division About You We’re looking for a commercially minded, entrepreneurial leader who can thrive in a fast‑paced, competitive environment with proven experience.
