What We Offer Salary: 90,000to110,000 (based on experience) Overtime + performance bonuses Fuel card + work phone provided Consistent workflow with strong systems and office support Reliable schedule promoting work‑to‑life balance Opportunities to grow within an expanding, well‑respected company What We’re Looking For We’re after an experienced carpenter confident across renovation and maintenance works, including: Internal and external repairs and refurbishments Door and window installs, and structural modifications Bathroom, kitchen, and laundry renovations Decks, pergolas, and outdoor structures Skirting, architraves, cabinetry, and finishing carpentry Plaster, flooring, and cladding repairs General building maintenance and defect rectification Requirements Own tools and UTE setup. Proven experience in residential renovations and maintenance work Solid understanding of building methods and safety standards Efficient, dependable, and detail‑focused Professional communication and presentation Pride in producing quality workmanship every time Your Day‑to‑Day Attend scheduled renovation and maintenance projects across Melbourne Complete a variety of carpentry and building tasks Record job details, photos, and notes through our job management system Work independently with support from our office team Deliver quality work — done right the first time Ready to Apply?
