Senior Business Analyst (Digital Delivery) Location: Geelong Statuses: Contract; Flexible Duration: 2.5 years Are you specialist in digital solutions and analysis? Does finding solutions that lead to a truly impactful future state sound of interest? If so read on… As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping Barwon Water’s digital future. You’ll lead the discovery, analysis, and design of solutions that enable transformation. In this role, you will prepare comprehensive business cases, including problem definition, options analysis, risk assessment and benefits, ensuring that all recommendations are robust and well-justified. You’ll analyse and document business processes and ensure technologies drive continuous improvement. Working across the organisation, you’ll translate business needs into actionable requirements, and through collaboration will shape the implementation of digital strategies and provide mentoring to stakeholders. Additionally, you’ll support change management activities, including operational transition and business readiness, to ensure the successful adoption of new systems and processes. This is a fixed term contract until June 2028. You are a collaborative, inquisitive, and inclusive digital specialist with a passion for transformation. You possess advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to present valued insights and recommendations. Through excellent communication and stakeholder engagement you bring influence and can simplify complex ideas that support change. You are a champion for continuous improvement and evolving technologies who can bring forward ideas and solutions that are both practical and innovative. Your qualifications in business or IT will be challenged in this high impact role, but your experience in business analysis and change practices will underpin your approach.
