About the Role As a Skills Trainer , you will work directly with job seekers to strengthen their employability and prepare them for the workforce. Your role will focus on delivering practical job‑readiness activities, facilitating workshops, and providing hands‑on support to help clients overcome barriers to employment. This is a rewarding and front‑line role, ideal for someone with strong people skills, a proactive mindset, and a genuine passion for empowering others. About You Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a range of people (both Indigenous and non‑Indigenous) with competing needs. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Competent in Microsoft Office with the ability to grasp other IT programs/databases. Annual leave loading and five weeks paid annual leave entitlements for each completed year of service. All other types of leave as per the National Employment Standards.
