Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our IT Services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our IT services and enhance our online presence. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, analytics, and the IT industry to effectively target and engage our audience. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to IT services. Manage and optimize campaigns across various digital channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing. Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights to improve ROI. Collaborate with the content team to create relevant and engaging marketing materials. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and IT services. Coordinate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals. Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently for digital campaigns. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities and threats. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the IT services sector. Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media platforms. Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM software. Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data‑driven decision making. Strong communication and project management skills.
