Enaex Australia are proud to announce our newly awarded contract with New Hope Group, at their New Acland site New Acland Coal (NAC) is a coal site in the Toowoomba surrounding region. Enaex will be contracted to supply a Total Loading Service, as well as supply of blasting accessories. If you’re seeking an exciting change, we want to hear from you About the roles We are actively seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to play an integral role in the establishment and long‑term success of our new contract. In this role, you will manage our day‑to‑day operations at New Acland, working a 7/7 day shift only roster. From time‑to‑time, you will also be required to support the crew in both shotfiring and MPU operations. Reporting to the Area Operations Manager, you will supervise the daily operations and activities of the team, including workforce scheduling, cost control, coaching and mentoring crews. You will ensure a safe and healthy environment for all employees and contractors while maintaining compliance with Enaex policies and procedures to ensure agreed customer targets are met. About you Unwavering commitment to safety and efficiency in leading a positive safety culture Demonstrated management or supervisory experience Demonstrated experience shotfiring and operating MPUs in an open cut environment Strong interpersonal, organisational, and time management skills Sound knowledge of dangerous goods and explosives legislation High attention to detail with a commitment to quality, timeliness and accuracy Quick and efficient problem‑solving skills As this is a residential role, you will need to be located within a 60‑minute drive of the New Acland Coal mine site.
