About the Opportunity The Supply Officer Support and Test Equipment report to the Support and Test Equipment Manager SA/WA, The Supply Officer S&TE is responsible for ensuring all Support & Test Equipment is safe, certified and ready for use and located appropriately, in support of scheduled maintenance periods and URDEFS. This includes the issue and return of Support and test Equipment Responsibilities Ensure seamless availability of support and test equipment by managing inventory, issuing and returning items, and maintaining accurate records in IFS. Proactively raise demands for support and test equipment, as well as consumable items, ensuring operational readiness at all times. Maintain precise stock accuracy within IFS, guaranteeing that all consumables and equipment are tracked and accounted for. Assist in quality control processes by preparing and submitting Quarantine reports for any damaged or lost equipment, supporting compliance and safety standards. Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move equipment and consumables in line with CMS processes, contributing to a smooth and organised workflow. About You You are a detail-oriented, process driven professional with a strong background in equipment management, inventory control, or technical operations. You thrive in structured environments, maintain accuracy under pressure, and take pride in supporting operational excellence. You are highly organised, safety-conscious, and confident working with enterprise systems and physical equipment. You will also bring: Previous experience using IFS or similar ERP platforms. Hands-on experience in a Tool Store environment, including issuing and returning support and test equipment. Intermediate computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office. Ability to safely operate a forklift in line with compliance and safety standards. Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and fabrication trades/products – highly desirable. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records and stock levels. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role requires a current National Police Check. This role also requires eligibility to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance to Baseline level.
