Care Manager – Northridge Aged Care (Toowoomba) Employment Type: Full Time We are looking for an experienced Care Manager to lead our dedicated clinical team at Northridge Aged Care, who is passionate about providing high-quality care to older people. You’ll ensure residents receive exceptional person-centred care in line with quality and accreditation standards. What You’ll Do: Oversee and lead the delivery of high-quality clinical and personal care. Manage care planning, medication management, and compliance. Mentor and guide nurses and care staff to build a strong, compassionate team. Collaborate with the Service Manager to manage budgets and resources. Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures. Drive continuous improvement and maintain accreditation standards. What You’ll Bring: AHPRA -registered nurse qualification. Proven leadership experience in aged care. Strong knowledge of Aged Care quality standards , regulatory requirements and risk management. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Valid Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening. The ability to build effective relationships with residents, staff, and families.
