Our client has the means to mentor and develop candidates with Aged Care Management experience into the Facility Manager role, acting FMs, CMs, Care Coordinators are all welcome to apply. You will be responsible for: Overseeing clinical governance, budgets, and facility performance Leading, mentoring, and supporting a passionate care team Maintaining compliance with aged care standards and accreditation Building trusted relationships with residents, families, and the local community Driving continuous improvement and service excellence About you You are a compassionate and results-driven leader with a passion for aged care and community.
